Dr. Marcelin is an amazing doctor! Dr. Marcelin and her staff are very caring and friendly. She explained everything in great detail and made sure I fully understood. The wait is about an hour which is expected in most medical eye offices. However, she is certainly worth the wait!

Don’t recommend her. She never sent my prescription. Had to wait 4 days. when I cut my eye ball. Careless

Both ladies were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned the equipment while I watched so I knew everything was clean and ready for me.

Very disorganized and long wait times. Be very clear about what you need and make sure you ask for pricing/fees as there's a complete lack of transparency over fees. They made me pay for my entire insurance deductible even though it was already met. My insurance company paid them but they didn't reimburse me until I followed up two months later. I scheduled an annual eye exam to get an updated contact prescription. I underwent a full exam. Doctor comes in and asks, "what's the emergency?"! I said I was here for an annual eye exam. Upon check out I asked for the prescription. After much confusion and back and forth they said that I didn't ask for a "refraction"! What part of an eye exam for a contact prescription does not include a refraction? Since my eyes were already dilated, I had to reschedule a visit. I was told that the refraction visit was an...

Dr Marcelin is extremely knowledgeable and was able to see my daughter after a car accident. She explained the implications of the injury, what to expect, and next steps. We were very satisfied with the care provided and recommend her very highly.
