Dr. Marcelin is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I have been to several ophthalmologists in the past for a recurrent eye problem. Within one visit she was able to make an accurate assessment and referral to identify the reason the for issue. There was very little wait time in the office. They are using an online check-in system so I've had easy in and out visits. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Marcelin is an excellent doctor, very thorough and she listens carefully to everything her patient says. I have gone to her for years, she performed my cataract surgery and she checks her for glaucoma- her specialty!

I went to her office for an appointment the other day I thought that she would have more safeguards in place. My visit started off with two people in the waiting room spread apart and then it ended up being five people. The waiting area is not large enough for that many people at one time. No one was coming out of the examination rooms in the course of an hours time this is when I left and said I would reschedule she is a very good doctor and very knowledgeable however her office scheduling leaves a lot to be desired.

This place is terrible . They don’t have respect for the patient. They make appointments and don’t call to cancel. When you show up, they tell you to come back another time and make you wait all day. You show up later and they tell you to wait for another hour they say. Terrible. They should learn how to respect patients.

I have known Dr. Marcelin for years and have brought and referred many to her practice. Recently I became a patient myself. She’s simply the best, finest and most caring Ophthalmologist in Westchester and surrounding areas. Her staff is also very professional, caring and helpful.
