A first rate professional experience, she is very knowledgeable and don’t have a problem sharing that with her patient or her staff, who seem very eager in their learn. The entire staff at Hudson Ophthalmology are friendly and personable. Anthony is very knowledgeable, very pleasant and makes you comfortable from start to finish. I’m satisfied with Dr. Marcelin and all the support staff, they are beyond amazing! I highly recommend Hudson Ophthalmology, if you want answers to your eye issues in a personalized way!

Spent the month of July with Hudson Ophthalmology and each time was pleasant. The ladies in the front were friendly and welcoming.
Dr Marcelin is a brilliant physician, she is extremely knowledgeable & quite personable she took her time to explain every procedure being done and did not rush. Her Techs work side by side with her, she seems to make a day at work very interesting for her staff, explaining all she is doing. Her two Techs, Anthony & Yaz have a way of making you feel comfortable at all times. They are also very helpful, knowledgeable & personable. Anthony & Yaz made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Never waited more than 20 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences. And with covid I felt safe knowing how clean/sanitized everything was. I’m not sure why anyone would leave a negative rating, they themselves...

I was totally impressed with the service I recieved from Ms. Sigrid when she went beyond and above to help me resolve a problem, getting medical transportation in a short time limit for my mom to attend an appointment, she handled the matter in a very professional and knowledgeable manner resulting in my mom getting transportation to meet her appointment, her patient was admirable her mannerism totally professional, greatly appreciated.

On November 19th Dr. Marcellin of Hudson Ophthalmology and her office staff scheduled an appointment for me to have a stye removed from my eye. When I made the appointment I was asked if the stye was effecting my vision. I said it was. Because it was the week before Thanksgiving, I understood i couldn't get the appointment until Dec. 2nd.
Three hours before the appointment they called and said the doctor had an emergency and they had to cancel my appointment for today. Ok again I understand that, everyone has emergencies. My problem was the office wanted me to wait another 8 days until they had an open appointment for me to have my stye removed. I asked 5 times why should I have to wait until you have an open appointment, please fit me it, but my requests were ignored, to fit me in on the 3rd or early the following week. The attitude of the staff was take it or leave it.
