Very responsive and always looking to accommodate or fix something that may have come up. Later on, one of us had to undergo a major surgery so we relied even more on HME to help keep things off our plate as we dealth with lots of other things. Definitely recommend!

1. I really appreciate the organization of the company. You have the ability to send “notes” to your cleaning team before their arrival if you have any special concerns/areas. After every service you can give feedback in case there is a concern/area you want addressed a different way.
2. Monika has a lot of options for your level of service—ie clean as much as possible for x amount of time, just clean it all, etc.
3. When I come home...it’s always clean. I know that sounds obvious, but if you have used cleaning services before, you know this is not always a given. I have used services in the past where I had to list all the things they should clean—which is just exhausting and defeats the purpose. I have never had to do this with Housekeeping Maid Easy. I was very happy with how much easier Hayley made my day! I had to leave early for work and had to let her in from my phone when she got there. My alarm system is super annoying so I'm always worried someone will trip it if I'm not home when they are, but she remembered all the weird details about it and when I got out of my meeting she had finished and locked up with no issue. On top of that she did a very good job and left the place looking perfect. I'd highly recommend this service.
