We have been using Housekeeping Maid Easy for several months and really appreciate our cleaner, Lindsey, and the customer service provided by Edger and Miko in the office. Lindsey is very pleasant and a detailed cleaner. She also asks for feedback on if there is anything more she could be doing to increase our satisfaction. Communication is very important to me and the Housekeeping Maid Easy staff has exceeded my expectations on this.

This is an excellent business to hire for this work. We have worked with them for almost a decade. Communications are excellent. Our current cleaner; Jackie; does excellent work in a timely and efficient manner. We like an early start time, which Jackie accommodates. Jackie and/or management always respond quickly to any questions and concerns; of which we have had few in our long relationship. They will customize your cleaning needs to suit your household. Yesterday Kelly came out to clean my bathroom because it was a hot mess. Kelly took my bathroom from a monster cave to a wonderland and I really appreciate that. Keep up the great work Kelly! I will definitely use this service again!

I am grateful for HME and how they have done a great job for my family! I live in another state, but worked with them to set up a deep cleaning for my father there in Indiana, and then biweekly cleanings to follow.
The first appointment was somewhat disappointing, because the two workers scheduled for the deep cleaning ended up leaving early for personal reasons and not finishing the job.
However, since I had been in communication with Miko at the HME office, and he had been very friendly and pleasant to work with, I let him know what had happened. He reassured me that they would send two different workers, including a supervisor, right away and that they would work as long as it took to make things right - and at no charge. And they did this!
