I wanted a quick resolution since I already moved away. Did not want to waste time or money with hiring a realtor, fixing home, and closing cost. My parents were getting up there in age and needed to be looked after. We were paying 2 mortgages at the time and couldn’t go on much longer like that. We needed to sell the house quickly. He was put in a terrible position of being between my spouse and I as we worked to split up and sell a house at the same time.
