The Barn Boot Camp and the Discovery Program facilitated by Horse Power Strategies is a unique and powerful tool that helped me identify and strengthen my communication skills. By working with Shari and the horses I was able to hone in on my strengths and weaknesses, and enhance them, some even during the couple of days of the program - immediately improving my effectiveness in my professional and personal life. I even received multiple, specific comments after presenting at a recent annual conference, that clearly confirmed my improved professionalism and new-found confidence.
