We have used Home Pro Exteriors for several Home improvement projects over the past few years. First project was residing our house. Next we added a new Trex lumber rear deck and front stairs and landing. A few weeks ago a new roof was installed that was very badly needed. . This week we had replacement windows installed. Our house is now more secure and gives us peace of mind. Thank you to the owners Bill and Joe and project manager Jim Kline. Don't call anyone else. Go with the Pros. My roof started to leak after DM Roofing Company installed it only 5 and 1/2 years ago. I went to the Home Show at OCCC where I talked to two other contractors that refused to help me. They told me that they don't fix other contractor's problems. I went up to Home Pro Exteriors Inc, where the owner, Bill Pignataro was nothing but nice and listened to my problem. Bill said he would send his employees over to my house as soon as possible. His employee, Patrick, was in touch with me in a few days where we made an appointment to have it fixed. Omar and Edison came and repaired my very steep roof. They fixed the flashing around the chimney and secured the shingles where the nails had popped. This is the third major project that we have had done by Home Pro Exteriors. A few years ago, they did windows and then siding for our home. (See my review for those projects below.) This time it was a new roof. Steve came out to give us an estimate and offered us a couple of options, since the necessary repair was confined to about half the roof. However, since we have solar panels on the roof, we figured if we were going to take them off and then we might as well do the whole roof since if it was going bad in one section, it would probably go bad in the unreplaced section sooner rather than later. There was absolutely no pressure from Home Pro. They were very flexible with their scheduling and even were able to accommodate the new date when the solar energy company moved the panel removal date (to an earlier date), Home Pro came out the next day and finished in one day. We contacted Home Pro to replace an old rotting front porch. Joe quoted us a reasonable price on a composite front porch. We could not be happier with it. His crew arrived every morning on time, worked hard and cleaned up the site everyday. By the time they were finished, they didn’t leave behind any debris or nails. They worked very quickly and we were enjoying our new porch in no time. Joe was very good about keeping us updated on the work schedules. Home Pro replaced our roof and siding several years ago. Joe took my wife and I around the area to look at what the actual roof and siding looked like at homes they had worked on and gave us a very competitive price. They were very professional in installing the new roof and siding. They came on schedule, kept a very clean work area, worked all day and completed the job on schedule. We were very pleased with the entire process. A year later, the front glass door they installed got caught in a gust of wind and some of the framing bent. I called Joe and he sent someone over the next day and repaired it free of charge. Last week, a piece of facia from the roof blew off in the severe winds we had. I stopped by their office yesterday.
