We had some tiles come off our roof after heavy winds. Bill was so responsive, communicated by phone and text. Changed his guys around when unexpected rain was about to hit and got the hole in our roof covered up and everything protected in our attic. We plan on using Home Pro Exteriors for a complete new roof this spring. Highly recommend

I forgot to post the above roof and have since had our roof replaced by Home Pro. They were so efficient and streamlined in how they setup and got to work. The quality of their work was great. Each worker was performing their task with great care and knowledge. The job was supervised and watched carefully. There was attention to detail protecting homes (row of townhouses). Very Professional organization from beginning to end. I was very happy with Jim Klein the salesperson giving me all of the upfront information and being available to ask questions. We setup the date and time and they were right on time. The people who showed up knew exactly what to do and helped me to move a few things from the perimeter so as not to damage anything. They had anywhere between 7 to 10 people working and except for lunch time I never saw one of them not working. When they left it was almost like they were never here except for a new roof.
