Sent Tyler out to rehang some siding that had come loose, did a great job.

No job or company is perfect but despite a couple of setbacks, Home Exteriors and August did an unbelievable job on my siding. My biggest pet peeve is COMMUNICATION, and I was well informed every step of the process. I interviewed 7 companies and Home Exteriors had the best value for the quality and color that I wanted. The team arrived early and cleaned up all debris. I finally enjoy looking at my home again.

I will continue to recommend August and Home Exteriors for all siding and roof replacements.

We first went to Home Exteriors because they carried and install Alside’s Ascend composite, continuous insulated 7.5” bevel siding with a wood look finish providing an R 2.0 increased thermal resistance, reducing thermal bridging and drafts and improved weather resistance for our NE Ohio region in Class A fire protection, 180 mph wind and 1” hail resistance, fade resistant color and limited life-time warranty. I love it! Gary came out from HE and I asked him about our savings if we bundled other products for a much needed whole house exterior envelope upgrade. I wanted newer products with their own upgraded lifetime warranties with improved protection against wind and hail and yes algae damage. Home Exteriors have provided a number of services for me - they built a garage, reshingled a roof, and fixed interior flooring and walls after roof damage from ice build up. Gary was responsive and their work was good quality.

Home Exteriors are the absolute best ! August came out and measured gave us a quote on siding . He was on time and answered all of our questions. Of course we picked Home Exteriors over the other quotes! The crew that came out to install our siding were on time and laser focused on completing our project . Thank you so much to the amazing crew that made our home look brand new!

WARRANTY ON THE ROOFS IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE LIKE THEY TELL YOU!!! I was told by August, the owners son that HOME EXTERIORS had a transferrable warranty on the roof that they installed. THEY DON'T!!! A few other reviewers said the same!!! Read Megan McElroy 1* review, bought a home that Home Exterior had recently put on a new roof and found out NO WARRANTY!! August, the owners son, told me the roofs warranty was transferrable to new owners. Seems like August, the owners son, is DEFRAUDING their customers to get business!!! I was told that it was transferrable too. Be careful ! ! Warranty is NOT TRANSFERABLE as they lead you to believe!!! I only put 5***** so review would be first. I hate when companies try to hide bad reviews with paid reviews!!! I guarantee this is not a paid review!!!!
