Horrible experience. First, our tech arrived nearly three hours late on the first day of the project. I had to call and track him down. He wasn't even going to call to let me know he would be late. The next day, he left early because he said his drill broke. That was a Friday, so we went all weekend with an unfinished project. The following Monday, the tech didn't even show up. No phone call or anything. Absolutely unprofessional customer service from this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based upon the customer service experience.
