Hidden Fence of Minnesota

We are happy with the installation of the fence and the hidden fence of Minnesota was very helpful in explaining everything about it. I would rate them as a 5 star.

We had Hidden Fence installed at our new home as an alternative to Invisible Fence. The process could not have been easier. The team at Hidden Fence came out to our home 3 times due to the fence line getting damaged by the people who laid our sod. There was no extra charge and they were happy to come out and help. We never felt any extra pressure to buy the system, and there wasn't pressure to buy a bunch of add on items.

Training was easy and our dogs responded well. I was very happy to learn that the dogs were able to start on an extremely low level on the collars while training. The trainer was very good with both of my dogs. They responded so positively to him from the minute he got out of his car. He walked the yard with me explaining where the fencing would go and how the system would work. After the installation, he gave me detailed training instructions for our dog Izzie. Four days later I received a follow-up email from Bruce asking if we had any questions or concerns. I did call with a question and he returned my call within an hour.

We can let our pup roam the yard without concern she'll run. I watched her eyeing a squirrel over the weekend. She knew her boundary. The company provided timely responses to questions. No pressure sales. Didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Professional installation and instruction. Great system for a fair price. Highly recommend.

We had our fence install about 6 months ago. We were originally going to install the fence ourselves, but upon doing research and our long honey do list. We decided to call in a professional to install a fence for our two dogs. Our dogs are a 9 year old Springer Spaniel and a 14 year old Laborador Retreiever. Why did I go with hidden fences? The price, the adjustibility for the two dogs, the features of the collars and the training.

Adjustibility specific to the dogs - We could set the collars different for each of the dogs. Our younger dog was very easy to train and our old dog was a little bit more stubborn. Being able to have the collars set individually was a plus.

They were timely, efficient, our dog hasn't ran out of the yard once and the customer service is impeccable. They installed a fence at our neighbors house and after the installation they stopped by to see how we were doing. Very thoughtful and considerate!
