I called Hidden Fence shortly after I got my new puppy. They were very helpful but also professional and respectful. Installation could not have gone any better. I called Hidden Fence shortly after I got my new puppy. They were kind, courteous, helpful, professional and respectful of my unique fence needs. We scheduled an installation and it could not have gone any better. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with Hidden Fence and would highly recommend them every time!

The dog collar fits comfortably for my 9lb dog. Great customer service!

Bruce was great. Always on time and responsive. For example my puppy (bless his heart) chewed his hidden fence collar and I had a new one asap. I would use them again for sure!

Hidden Fence installed our system in early November. We went from inquiring about cost to being fully installed within 5 days.

It was a great decision for our family because now we don't have to wait outside when it is bitterly cold for Stella to take care of business. Also she has the freedom to roam the yard without being tethered.

The initial training was excellent as it showed my kids how the system worked and gave the whole family an education on how to train Stella about the fence.

Overall it has been a great investment that has allowed our family to enjoy our time outside with out dog more.
