What an incredible team Hidden Fence of Minnesota has! I had a fence with a competitor and adopted two dogs, who arrived faster than anticipated. The previous organization couldn't fit me in for 2 months. I don't like to have dogs tied out and they don't either, after a month of getting tangled, damage to landscape and other, I contacted Hidden Fence of MN. While I was frustrated, they were calm and kind and able to be at my home the next day. The training was amazing, they came back a couple times and trained more. They even brought a team (trainer and dog) to ensure my pups could face temptations. Just an amazing organization. There when you need them and truly care about what they do! I had contacted an underground fence company and put off installing as the cost was too high. They had great customer service and promised a system that was inventive, reliable, and sustainable. I didn’t go with them. I noticed a sign in my neighbor’s yard (Hidden Fencing) and called them. I don’t get along with this neighbor, so I didn’t want any conflict in the frequency or product. Initially I figured, if it was good enough for him, it should be good enough for me. After speaking with a representative from the company, all my concerns were answered. He brought to my attention dog behavior that I wasn’t aware of-like dashing out the front door, zones for back and front yard areas, etc. The price was less than the first company I contacted and within my budget.
