Hidden Fence installed our invisible fence in early May 2017 and we are extremely happy we selected them over other options. We found their customer service be top notch and no high pressure sales tactics, just honest straight forward quote with clear explanation of all options. Their original quote was hundreds of dollars less than others that we received. Even better when the installer was on site, after seeing our yard and dog, he downgraded our system choice - meaning he saved us money and he noted the basic system would be more than adequate. Their training tips and videos made the training a breeze and now our dog is running free in the yard with no worries that she will run off after the deer or neighborhood children. We highly recommend Hidden Fence of Minnesota if you are considering an invisible fence.

We had a hidden fence installed about one month ago. I researched several other companies and everything always kept pointing back to Hidden Fence Of Minnesota. Besides an already great price we were offered a few other discount options if we were willing to do some minimal help in the process which was an option greatly appreciated. The installer was great. Very informative and professional. Installation went very well and they took the time to help train. It was very casual and he made us feel like we could have all the time needed to feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything very well. After 30 days the dogs are doing very well, especially with all distractions in the neighborhood. (dogs, walkers and wild animals which we have many of) They always stay in the yard. Once we decided to go with Hidden Fence of Minnesota, they made it very easy to get the installation scheduled. We were very happy with the installation process. They arrived promptly the morning of the install and the work was top notch. We had no issue getting our dog training quickly thanks to the onsite training along with the videos/instructions provided by Hidden Fence of Minnesota. Hidden Fence of Minnesota was great to work with on this process! Once we decided to go with them, they were very prompt on scheduling and the instalation went smoothly. I was tired of being held hostage by my dog and tired of watching him sit inside all cooped up so we called Hidden Fence. They installed right away and provided great training info and guides. We had what I thought was a malfunction and I asked for help and they got back to me right away and even came out to check the system even though he knew there was nothing wrong. Great service, and cheaper than other competitors.

We feel comfortable letting our puppy off leash now. She is so happy running free in the yard. We do live on a fairly busy street and now we don't have to worry about her getting out. Our experience with Hidden Fence has been awesome. They are very good about following up with how everything is going. We are currently in the middle of putting a sprinkler system in our backyard and Hidden Fence suggested waiting until the irrigation was complete to trench in the line for the hidden fence with the thought that the line may accidentally get cut in the process. We appreciated this insight and Hidden Fence agreed to come bury the line once our irrigation work was complete. They are professional and fast to respond to any inquiries!

Hidden Fence of Minnesota was amazing to work with and gave us the most reasonable price of any electric fence service that we could find. However, our decision to go with them came from the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service that we received when inquiring about the fence. We worked with Dave, Bruce and Tim, and all of them were down to earth, honest, and helpful. When we had some interference with the frequencies from the fence next door, they came out immediately and upgraded us to a system that would work with the other fence, at no cost to us!
