I had my Hidden Fence installed for my last dog, so I honestly can't even say how long I've used them (my guess is 17 years) and they have been nothing but exceptional. Every single time I'd had any issue, they have responded right away. Today I called, and Mike tried to walk me through steps to avoid me having to pay for a service call. They didn't work. So Rob came out within 2 hours of our call. He seemed to have fixed the issue, but then tested it out, and even brought his cute dog Diggs to lure my dog. Turns out, my super old transmitter needed replacing. He fixed it quickly, double and triple checked again to make sure it was working. I know this may not seem like a big deal to many, but when your favorite family member could get out and roam away, it is a urgent matter. I appreciate them so much for understanding this and being the most helpful. I'd recommend to anyone! Read more >

Texted Mike that our "Invisible Fence" was beeping. He had Ben come out. The reason it was beeping was that the back-up battery was spent and we needed a new one. Mike sent me the battery we needed and I ordered it.
