The customer service rep (Dave) we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how their system works and the products they offer. He did not try to upsell us on higher priced products. In fact, after he explained the differences in their systems, we ended up going with a lower cost system. We feel he listening to our needs and gave us suggestions that best suited our dog and property.

The installation process was very fast. We may have gotten lucky with an opening because they were able to install our system the next day after we called. We expected to wait a couple weeks for the install. We were so happy to be able to start using our new system right away. The installers were very fast and knowledgeable. Everyone I talked to was wonderful, installer was very nice, explanation of how to use the system was very easy to understand.

We used Hidden Fence to contain a couple of “problem children” doggies that like to climb, jump our chain link fence and open gates! Hidden Fence got us scheduled quickly, answered all our questions, was about half the price of other systems we were looking at. Took a few weeks for the dogs to learn their boundaries, but they did learn and stopped escaping!

They were recommended by friends, locally owned & the price was better than that other outfit. 😉 They were persistent but Dave was patient with all of my questions/comments & didn’t oversell. I received just the system we needed for my dog. Mike was great during the install & took time to answer any & all questions. He did a great 1st training session with us & our dog! Well worth the investment!

Hidden Fence installed our fence about a month ago and we are very happy with it. Their customer service has been great - Whenever I call or text, they get back to me within the hour. Our puppy already respects the fence, and I believe it’s because of the great training they completed with her. I definitely recommend this company!

Installing Hidden Fence has hands down been the best decision we have made with our young dog. The company's service and communication is outstanding, price far less than Invisible Fence (much better value), and our dog has not left the yard since install. The piece of mind Hidden Fence has given us has been worth every penny. A+ company and A+ product, highly recommended!!

We had Hidden Fence installed in October and they were very easy to work with. Up front on pricing. Scheduling was straight forward. Installer showed up on time and was very thorough on the training and how the system worked. I would recommend using Hidden Fence.
