Hidden Fence of Minnesota

We are so happy we went with Hidden Fence over the competition. All of the employees we were in contact with were friendly, informative and get back to us so quickly. They have awesome pricing/payment options and are willing to go with what works best for the pet owner. The fence itself works great, everything was easy to understand and use and our puppy caught on quick! We would highly recommend you use Hidden Fence!

We would highly recommend using Hidden Fence! They are GREAT communicators and have tons of valuable information on the product and training your dog. Install went smooth and initial training went well. Our puppy was 14 weeks when we got our fence, and now at 18 weeks she knows exactly where to go and not go!

The Hidden fence team was very professional and efficient with the fence install. They did a great job of explaining how to best train your dog. It has allowed our dog a lot more freedom to patrol our yard, but feel confident he won’t bolt after a squirrel.

Everything was a great experience all around. Answered every question timely whenever need be. Great customer service. I love being able of use a local company and know my dog no longer chases squirrels across the street.

Had Hidden Fence install our fence and it was done so quickly - amazing! We have a pretty large property as well. The guy who installed it was very helpful in walking through what he was doing and also how to train the dog! I also appreciate contractors who do a clean job and the wires were all tied up nicely! Really happy with this company!

The customer service rep (Dave) we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how their system works and the products they offer. He did not try to upsell us on higher priced products. In fact, after he explained the differences in their systems, we ended up going with a lower cost system. We feel he listening to our needs and gave us suggestions that best suited our dog and property.

The installation process was very fast. We may have gotten lucky with an opening because they were able to install our system the next day after we called. We expected to wait a couple weeks for the install. We were so happy to be able to start using our new system right away. The installers were very fast and knowledgeable. Everyone I talked to was wonderful, installer was very nice, explanation of how to use the system was very easy to understand.

We used Hidden Fence to contain a couple of “problem children” doggies that like to climb, jump our chain link fence and open gates! Hidden Fence got us scheduled quickly, answered all our questions, was about half the price of other systems we were looking at. Took a few weeks for the dogs to learn their boundaries, but they did learn and stopped escaping!
