Why I chose Hidden Fence over the competitor:
1. They offered a smart system and were honest about possible tech issues I might experience (although the app was updated just before I bought it and I have not had one issue with any of my three dogs).
2. The competitor was rude, arrogant and they are no longer a locally owned franchise. Their prices are too high and they do not offer “smart” technology – apparently, they are working on it.
3. The competitor focused on the putting down Hidden Fence, but Hidden Fence never once said anything negative about the competitor – that says a lot to someone’s character.

Hidden Fence responded to my initial inquiry quickly. They set up the system (indoors/outdoors) just hours before a snow storm so I could use the indoor system all winter. The installer was helpful and professional. Price was much better than the...
