Hidden Fence of Minnesota

We used Hidden Fence to install an invisible fence at our new home. Everything from the very first call to the installation to the follow up has been flawless. My 8 and 10 year old boys learned very quickly. I appreciated the tech that came out to install. He was on time, professional, did not tear up the yard and spent time training our dogs with us. I would recommend Hidden Fence to anyone.

Within the hour after expressing interest on the computer, I was contacted by the owner Dave. He explained the service and answered my questions. I signed up and by the following week my system was installed. The gentleman gave us a complete training that same day. Through out the week I was sent many additional training videos to watch which were helpful. The service people are friendly, professional, and make sure the customers are satisfied. The communication has been excellent. A week later I called with a question/ concern of how my dog was responding. They answered my question and gave suggestions. Within a week my dog was back playing in the yard again. Thank you hidden Fence!

We have been absolutely thrilled with this company! From the initial request for a quote, I was contacted and everything was explained to me. Extremely thorough explanation, installation and training. Very accessible to contact for any and all questions and never patronizing when asking them. Very responsive and supportive as you learn the system and how it works. Our puppy respects the boundary and we feel very safe with her in the yard. Highly recommend this company!!

The service is incredible. They are very responsive and helpful. They respond to texts and calls very quickly and offer free and simple financing. We had a quote from the big name and couldn't believe the difference in price, plus this was just better, friendlier service. They walked us through every line of the bid via video, so there were no questions or surprise charges.
We have a very small yard on a busy road, and a nervous dog. Training took us a little longer than typical because of our dog's personality, but here we are, a month later, and he is running zoomies in our little yard, very much respecting the fence.
We are so grateful for all the followup to make sure the system was meeting our expectations and working properly. Highly recommend!

Hidden Fence was an amazing company to work with. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job of following up after installation. My dog was easily trained in less than a week and I love using the remote trainer to help with other behaviors like digging or jumping up on people. Hidden Fence was recommended to me by a friend and now our next door neighbors have also installed their own. I would highly recommend to anyone!

While the estimates were all pretty close to each other, I ultimately decided on Hidden Fence because of their superior customer service. I didn’t feel like I was just purchasing a product/service, but also assistance throughout the entire process, along with assistance after the install if needed. And that’s exactly what we got!
