Highly recommend Hidden Fence of MN! We are 1st time pet owners and Mike walked us through the whole process, sent very informative videos and answered all our questions. Mike was very quick to respond as well as getting it installed quickly before winter. In addition, due to the nature of our yard we decided on some "revisions" to layout of the hidden fence, Mike & his team were extremely accommodating! I also have to give big Kudos to Ben the trainer! I decided I could train our Goldendoodle puppy on the fence; however lost my confidence during the process. Ben came out and worked with me to get Finley trained so that we could very confidently leave her outside, even when other dogs were walking by...so worth it. I was surprised how fast and efficient he was in the training as well. Would definitely recommend Hidden Fence! Thank you!

Within the hour after expressing interest on the computer, I was contacted by the owner Dave. He explained the service and answered my questions. I signed up and by the following week my system was installed. The gentleman gave us a complete training that same day. Through out the week I was sent many additional training videos to watch which were helpful. The service people are friendly, professional, and make sure the customers are satisfied. The communication has been excellent. A week later I called with a question/ concern of how my dog was responding. They answered my question and gave suggestions.
