Hidden Fence if Minnesota was great to work with! They were very helpful answering all our questions before they came out, and when they were at our home as well. They were able to set up a quick appointment. The installer who came out was friendly, helpful and very informative. We would definitely recommend Hidden Fence of Minnesota to others.

We were looking to get an in ground fence for or 2 acres. I got quotes from 3 other places hidden fence of MN was the best price for what I needed and wanted in a fence for my dog. They were supper fast at responding. They took the time to answer my many questions about their system vs the others out there. We also got two of the indoor transmitters. It is great knowing my dog run freely outside with us and not run off. Very happy with our hidden fence purchase!

This locally owned company has impressed me in all areas... from my initial contact gathering information (I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me); their pricing; their desire to meet my needs and wishes at install; their prompt response to any questions or assistance I needed after my install; and the ease that my girls have been able to learn their yard boundaries. Our Hidden Fence experience was great! They were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They install and training was very professional and personal. Their customer service is top notch!

The company was very responsive. I received a phone call within about an hour after my online inquiry. They also had quick availability for an install unlike the other companies I had been communicating with. The tech/installer that came to our property (I wish I remembered his name), was great. He took the time (probably 35 - 45 minutes) to survey the property, to discuss with me options on installations, and was very thoughtful and helpful about making the decisions. After he did the install, he was generous in his time about talking to me about the system and teaching how to do the dog training. I did not get any efforts at up-selling by the company which was really appreciated.

So far (it's been about a month) I have no concerns and couldn't be more happy with the invisible fence. We have a large property and a physical fence would have been both cost and...

Putting in an electric fence for our dog was one of our first priorities when moving to our new house. We had to change our move date several times, and Hidden Fence was super flexible and easy to work with. When we first put in the fence our dog was timid and pretty afraid to approach the fence - even at the first, training level. The Hidden Fence team were great at coaching me how to do "safe yard training" to make sure my dog has a good experience. It didn't take long before my dog was exploring and loving her new yard. They also gave us weekly training progress tips after the install so you knew what stage of the training we should be at. I'd recommend this company. They were great to work with, very responsive, helpful and friendly staff and, not to mention cheaper than the competitor.

We love our Hidden Fence! It keeps our 4 year old Irish Doodle in and gives her so much more room to run in our yard. It took her a bit to learn the boundaries but she now respects the beep and won’t cross the boundary even when a passerby calls to her or she sees a neighborhood dog walking by. Everyone we worked with at Hidden Fence was courteous, helpful, and professional. We are definitely happy with our fence.
