We were looking to get an in ground fence for or 2 acres. I got quotes from 3 other places hidden fence of MN was the best price for what I needed and wanted in a fence for my dog. The company was very responsive. I received a phone call within about an hour after my online inquiry. They also had quick availability for an install unlike the other companies I had been communicating with. The tech/installer that came to our property (I wish I remembered his name), was great. He took the time (probably 35 - 45 minutes) to survey the property, to discuss with me options on installations, and was very thoughtful and helpful about making the decisions. After he did the install, he was generous in his time about talking to me about the system and teaching how to do the dog training. I did not get any efforts at up-selling by the company which was really appreciated.

Putting in an electric fence for our dog was one of our first priorities when moving to our new house. We had to change our move date several times, and Hidden Fence was super flexible and easy to work with. When we first put in the fence our dog was timid and pretty afraid to approach the fence - even at the first, training level. The Hidden Fence team were great at coaching me how to do "safe yard training" to make sure my dog has a good experience. It didn't take long before my dog was exploring and loving her new yard. They also gave us weekly training progress tips after the install so you knew what stage of the training we should be at. I'd recommend this company.
