Hidden Fence of Minnesota

We looked into Hidden Fence about a year ago and got lots of great info but decided to hold off and train our dogs with an e-collar instead to stay in the yard. But with 3 kids and winter and having very active dogs (German Short Hairs) we needed a way to keep them in our 2 acre yard.

So we recently decided to have Hidden Fence installed and it was a GAME CHANGER! Our dogs (2 years old and 6 months old) quickly and easily learned the boundaries. The technician who came to install was VERY thorough and asked many times what questions we had. They were very responsive and I think I was most impressed with their customer service and follow up. I felt very supported as we started our boundary training and knew each step of the process and when to progress in training.

I contacted Hidden Fence after I was unable to get service from one of their competitors for my existing system. After a frustrating experience, I contacted Hidden Fence. Within 2 hours of my call, I had received a quote from Hidden Fence (very reasonable and detailed) and was able to schedule an appointment for a little over a week later. When the installers arrived, I walked the perimeter with them and within a couple of hours, the system was installed. The training was straightforward and is supplemented by Hidden Fences online resources. I received a follow up call from the company about a week later asking how the training was going and offering another training session at no cost(which I declined because it wasn't needed). Hidden Fence was fantastic to work with. Excellent response to inquiry, questions, service and installation. We had what I considered a possible difficult installation and they made it work just perfect. Actually allowing for a few extra feet for our Dog.
They showed up on time and the install crew was great to work with and did a very nice job inside the Garage where the controls are mounted. Excellent job with instructions and training on the Collar and offer additional training if we needed it. Turns out our Dog adapted very quickly and now makes it extremely nice to just let him roam the yard and not bother the neighbors.
If we ever move to another home, Hidden Fence will be one of my first calls. We shopped around and found Hidden Fence to be the best value. We also wanted to use a local company.
