Hidden Fence of Minnesota

We had our Hidden Fence installed about a month ago. We were considering installing a wireless fence ourselves, but when we found out HFOM was much more cost effective than the Invisible Fence brand (which seemed to be the only other option that didn't require us doing the work), we decided to go with them. The scheduling and installation were both done in a timely manner, and the person we talked to on the phone was very helpful in choosing collar options, etc. The installer was very accommodating and helpful for deciding on the placement of the fence as well. We have a mini Golden Retriever, and he learned the ropes very quickly at a very low correction level. He's a happy boy now that he can roam the yard without being hooked to a leash at all times. I would recommend Hidden Fence for sure!

Everything from the initial phone conversation to the follow up email to see how we were doing was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Hidden Fence. I never felt pressured and they don't need to. They let you see videos which goes into detail of how everything works and why your pet will be better off with them. Couldn't agree more.

They did a great job and were very professional. The lawn looked good after and you couldn't tell they installed it. We have 2 dogs that are pretty finicky but they learned it and have been doing great. We love that we can sit outside with our dogs now and not worry about them running into our neighbors yards.

We contacted Hidden Fence of MN to contain our new rescue pup. She's very energetic and strong willed. From the start communication was prompt and the team always very responsive to questions. That kind of service is hard to find! We had our fence laid above ground in winter and it was SO nice to be able to let our pup out of the house off leash and know she wouldn't be running in the street! She caught on fairly quickly once we got the setting correct. We started with the battery collar and have since upgraded to the rechargeable collar and use the app for corrections related to barking at people or dogs across the street. The in ground install went great and we would recommend to anyone!

Hidden Fence has been great for our pet. I would highly recommend. It keeps our pet safe and stops us from worrying about him when he is in the yard. Hidden fence is very responsive!

We were impressed with Hidden Fence of Minnesota from the moment we reached out to them via their website. It was a Sunday afternoon and they replied within minutes via email and phone. They showed up 2 days later for installation (in the snow/rain/sleet). and were professional and did a great job fencing in our 5-acre property!! They were transparent with their pricing and beat a popular national competitor by approximately 50%!! Unlike competitors, they were not "salesy" and we're able to articulate exactly how their system works, answering all of my questions in detail. Our dog loves to hunt and chase animals and so we were concerned we would not be able to effectively train him on the system. We are extremely happy with our Hidden Fence system. Our six month old puppy caught on to the training very quickly and has kept her safe and contained. We love watching her run all over the yard pointing at birds, knowing that she is safe and happy. Communication and responsiveness of the Hidden Fence staff has been top-notch. Installation was quick and went well. Hidden Fence was recommended to us from a neighbor and we are definitely glad we made the choice to use Hidden Fence for our pup.

We have been very pleased with our Hidden Fence. The installer and trainer were very professional. The system worked very well with our bulldog and now we have two new puppies. I called with some questions about training the new pups and Mike was extremely patient and helpful. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a bunch of expensive new equipment. He just wanted to make sure that we had a good experience.

I’m so glad we did not waste our time shopping around for our pet fence! I googled the service and Hidden Fence was the first and only company we looked into. Didn’t need to look any further, we were sold! They had everything right there at our fingertips and all sorts info for common questions that we had that were thoroughly answered. Had no reason or want for that matter to check out another company. They even offer financing which I thought was awesome.
