Heritage has the best staff and Dr. Miller is so kind and genuine. They are very affordable, even in a recent emergency we had with our puppy.

We thought our puppy was suffering from heat stroke so we called Heritage and explained his symptoms. They told us they had a lot of appointments but to bring him in so the doctor could see him. They took our puppy right in gave him a room, and gave him some great treats to make him feel comfortable. It turned out to be a severe allergic reaction. If it wasn’t for them telling us to bring him in right away it could have ended very badly.

They are so nice, clean, patient (with owners and dogs), and are very reasonably priced! I am so glad they opened up!

I like this vet mainly because of the fact they are open on Saturdays, the availability and I absolutely LOVE their boarding facility!

My main issue with this vet is the pricing.
I've found that if you are taking one animal the pricing is decent, but if you are taking more than one, expect to be overcharged. I took 2 of my cats in thinking that they'd charge me $50 for the one cat (because of the office fee+exam) and then charge the other cat $10-20 like everyone else in the valley. Instead, I was charged $50 for both of my cats and the vet didn't even look at one of my cats for a full 2 minutes before seeing he was fine.

We saw the vet for an allergy issue for my dog and he took all the time I needed to ask questions and make sure I understand what was happening with my dog. The vet didn't make me feel rushed at all. I appreciate that I didn't just pay for a rushed visit like I have with other vets around. Thank you.

Is only 11 months old got stung by a bee I called and the vet Actually answered the phone he was amazing he did say come in he told me what to do without coming in thank you ... just another reason this place and all the people are amazing thank you 😊

My problems with this vet just keep getting longer. They are close and convenient to our house and can always get in same day but we end up regretting it every time.

1) Took our dog here for an ear infection. Simple, easy, routine. Look at him and gave him an ear cytology without asking us to “confirm bacterial infection.” First, clearly it’s an external ear infection. Next, if it was a fungal infection it would have smelled like a fungal infection which it didn’t. Lastly, the medication to treat ear infections treat both bacterial and fungal infections. It was a completely unnecessary test they performed without our consent and charged us for.

2) We took a cat in that was sick and we got x days at the vets request and he immediately recommended a $1500 exploratory surgery. Who just jumps to exploratory surgery?? We left to go get a second opinion from our...

Absolutely wonderful doctor and atmosphere. I own two guinea pigs and recently I took my guinea pig in because he had a cyst on his throat, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and knew what to do. The doctor knew what to check and seemed really experienced with guinea pigs and knew exactly what kinds of conditions they need to thrive.
I have been to a few other vets in the area and they didn’t even know how to do basic checks on a guinea pigs. The doctor knew that when they are held in towels they are more comfortable and knew their diet. Very thankful that i found this animal hospital

We have used Heritage Kennel in the past and really liked them. It seemed very clean and our dogs seemed happy when we picked them up. The last time we took our dogs there we dropped them off at 11:00 am on Saturday and picked them up Sunday morning at 7:00 am. They were there less than 24 hours yet we were charged for two days. I called them and explained that when I made the reservation I initially said we would be in to pick them up at 6:00 pm on Sunday as there were two pickup times (7:00 am or 6:00 pm) . I was told at that time if I picked them up at 6:00 pm I would be charged for two days. I felt that was understandable, but I didn't want to pay the extra day so I said we would pick them up at 7:00 am. We love Dr. Miller! Miranda grooms my dogs she does an amazing job.

We recently went out of town and we were not able to take our dog with us. This is first time that we have left him somewhere. A friend suggested leaving him at Heritage Animal Hospital. My daughter was super nervous about leaving him. It really helped for her to have access to cameras to be able to check on him. They took great care of him and he had alot of fun playing with the other dogs. We will definitely be leaving him here the next time we need to have him stay somewhere.
