I called this clinic because it was close to my house and my cat was having severe breathing problems to the point that I was afraid she was going to die if not offered treatment quickly. I was surprised by the receptionist’s lack of empathy and concern, and even though I told her that it seemed to be very urgent, she informed me that my cat couldn’t be seen until the next morning since all the appointments for the day were taken (it was 3pm, so not even closing time). I asked if there was a clinic that accepted pets in emergency conditions and she said no and said I could come and wait in the office if I wanted, but would only be seen if the other appointments got done early, again with no compassion or concern for my pet’s condition. Thankfully I was able to get my cat in at Mountain View, where the receptionists and doctor were extremely helpful and concerned for my pet’s condition...

Used to love this place until our last two visits. Tried to cancel our scheduled boarding an hour before leaving on vacation (because they failed to tell us our dog wasn’t allowed because last visit he somehow got out of THEIR kennel and fought with another dog that was left out of his kennel as well). Then told us we could bring him in if we paid double the normal price + $25 in hidden fees due to “policy changes.” Having an hour notice didn’t leave us any choice, we won’t be using them again.

Superb visit with Dr.Miller & his staff! Prices are competitive & better than expected. The service was exemplary & they were great with my pup. We will definitely be returning for future vet needs.👍🐕💉🦴🐾

I Love Heritage Animal Hospital because the facility is clean and convenient and the staff is helpful and nice.

They took great care of our families dog.

Dr. Miller and his vet techs were very kind to our little dog! A few days ago she had surgery at their clinic. Everything went well and they did a great job to make her feel comfortable because she is a very anxious dog. Today she began to throw up and had red splotches on her belly. I called the vet in a panic! Instead of shrugging us off until tomorrow, they had us come in as they were closing. They didn’t seem in a hurry to get us out and were thorough in examining her. After coming up with a solution to help her, they sent us on our way with peace of mind. On our way out, Dr. Miller stopped us and asked a few more questions. This showed he actually cared about our sweet little friend! So grateful for our visit!

I have a heeler that is very shy that has not done well at several other boarding facilities. The girls here are amazing. Spade has had a great experience every time we have brought him. At all the other facilities he has been very fearful and defensive because they simply don't take the time to get to know him. The girls here take their time to get to know the dogs and create a warm,loving, non threatening environment. We will not be going anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone.
