Dr. Miller just came to my house for a house call. He is apparently doing them until his office opens. He is the most caring vet I have ever met. I offered to hold my cat for him to put a micro chip in her and he declined, saying "let me be the bad guy" (since he was about to inflict a little pain on her). I really appreciated that he didn't want her to associate pain with me.
He even graciously glanced at a neighborhood cat on his way out that I had noticed had an injured foot. He gave me a recommendation and I wrote it down on a note and put it on the owner's door so she knows her cat is injured and she should follow up with him. That cat isn't mine, but I had been really worried about her anyway.
Finally, Dr. Miller seemed familiar with the idea that feeding your animals raw foods (freeze dried, frozen or dehydrated) can alleviate them...
