Heaven's Best Carpet & Rug Cleaners

Josh and Nash were on time, extremely polite and respectful. Without the “light” Josh had, we would have never known about some of the urine spots that needed to be cleaned. They did a great job!

We decided to use Heaven’s Best to clean our carpets after reading many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience with them was disappointing. We had them clean our 4 rooms upstairs, hallway and stairs. My husband asked them to be careful with our walls, and they told him not to worry that they had bumpers and other equipment they would use to protect the walls from their hoses. They did not pull out any bumpers and left blue and black marks all over our walls and also damaged our wooden railing. We spent an hour after they left cleaning our walls. In addition, we paid for hot water treatment throughout our home to remove pet urine. My husband said the guys said it takes a while for the water to heat up, but they started cleaning immediately when they got the hose upstairs without allowing time for the water to heat up. Heaven,s Best did an e cellwny job cleaning my carpet. I had some spots I almost gave up on cleaning but they were able to remove the spots. They were courteous and polite and I will certainly use this service again.
