Heaven's Best Carpet & Rug Cleaners

The young men were polite and working. My carpets look fresh and appealing. But the dark spots, several of them came back after the carpet dried. I don’t know if it could be that my carpet is just getting older, but some spots didn’t disappear as they have done in the past.

I NEVER write recommendations, but I can no longer ignore the exceptional work, professionalism, and caring this company exemplifies every time I call and need a cleaning (usually the result of a soiling by my German Shepherd). It is a family owned company who treat you as if you are a family member. They understand no one wants to live with soiled carpeting and do their best to work you in to an already full day. They show up on time or call to keep you abreast if running early or late. They are more than fair in their pricing and don’t “up -charge” you when they are there. If you request an additional area (after seeing how great the carpets look) they do their best to accommodate you. Their technicians are courteous and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

They did a good job for us. The carpets looked and smelled clean. It did take a little longer to dry than I thought, but overall it was good. I will call them again in the future.

Awesome service from start to finish! From the moment I called the office to schedule, the service was exceptional. The lady who answered the phone took the time to ask questions about everything I needed cleaned and gave me a very reasonable quote for the amount of work I needed done. She was able to schedule me for the day and time I wanted, and I received several confirmations before my appointment.

On the day of the cleaning, the technicians called to let me know they were on the way and arrived right on time. They assessed everything, confirmed the price, and it was right in line with what I had been quoted over the phone. The technicians took their time and did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and meticulous, and my carpets, upholstery, and rugs look amazing. My house smells so clean and fresh!

Anthony and Brett did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning the carpet and linoleum floor in our home! They were professional, courteous and hard working! I would not consider allowing anyone but Heaven's Best to do the job. Fair price and guaranteed work! Call them for your next job.
