The best investment I made for my health. Prior to joining her program 6 months ago, I was experiencing low energy, brain fog, and no desire to do anything after work but take a nap. I'm please to say that my levels have improved. Dr. Dae is the real deal. I thank God that our paths crossed.

I wish to thank Dr Dae for opening my eyes to a better lifestyle. Because of her, I eat healthy, exercise regularly, and share healthy lifestyle guidance with friends and family. I have been dealing with Dr. Dae and her staff since the end of August 2021. They helped me get the financing I needed to get on her 6 months program. It was supposed to be from September 2021 until February 2022. However, I encountered an Emergency Room visit in early October that resulted in unexpected surgery later that month. I had to recuperate and Dr. Dae's team was supportive and reassured me that we will go through the program when I'm ready. Fast forward to February 2022, I was added to her online course. Her team added me back to their schedule while they worked one on one to figure out what we need to concentrate on. I hate giving bad reviews but I wish I would have read this type of review before spending $5k on a program that was not a fit for me. I suspected I had SIBO along with other gut issues and Dr. Dae told me she had experience treating this. She ran all of her typical labs that were unrelated but I never was tested for SIBO. She started with a typical gut repair protocol but I bloated extremely from the prebiotics which I later learned just feed the SIBO. I spent so much money on supplements (vitamins, addrenal support, etc) that didn’t treat SIBO. Dr. Dae finally attempted to treat my SIBO without even testing or knowing the type of SIBO I have. I just got worse and at this point I was now bloated all day no matter what I ate. I was at the end of my 6 mth program when she finally said I should get tested for SIBO though of course my lab budget was depleted. I went through a GI doctor...

Learning the ways to make changes in what you’re eating & preparation I found to be very helpful. Also, eating the proper mix of foods so you’re full & not over eating has been an eye opener.

Dr. Dae is a wonderful presenter and has a wide field of knowledge on many topics. Her presentations are engaging and always spot on to the topic at hand. If she doesn’t have a presentation available, she is always willing to put one together to the address the theme of the seminar. I appreciate Dr. Dae and have worked with her for many years. I look forward to working with her in 2022.
