So after about 5 months, I finally got my project done. Overall their reconstruction team did a wonderful job putting my house back together after the water mitigation I had. The reason why it took from November 2022 to March of 2023 was because the hardwood I had ordered apparently got lost in the mail / took forever to order/ I don't know. It wasn't a Harper Service issue from what I could understand. The one bad thing I have to say about Harper's is just from the time the guy came through to look at my house to the time I finally got information on what on why there was a delay with the flooring, the company never reached out to me FIRST. And what I mean by that is the guy came inspected the house, had his man kind of like come through to look at the project, after that I went ahead and made my first payment because I was going to split up the payments in threes, and then after...
