I cannot thank Harper Special Services enough! These guys came to my house between 3-4 am and immediately started going to work fixing all the water damage in my home. They were polite, professional and very thorough. Any questions I had they answered, whether it be about the damage or the process for the insurance claim. After every visit they told me where we were in the process and made appointments to come back the following day. At every appointment they were very punctual and kept the same level of professionalism. Harper Special Services was such a great help during a very difficult time for myself and my family. I was given the opportunity to work with Harper Special services and we started a little bumpy,and I was initially worried however once the team became aware of my situation/ concerns they addressed my every question and put me totally at ease doing a great job and earning the five star rating I rarely give unless I am totally satisfied. HSS was a little un organized at the beginning with no set time when workers were coming by until around 90% completion then I had set schedules when people were coming by. I wasn’t really kept in the loop when things were going to be done and took a lot longer to complete than expected and the initial time I was told.
