We had a roof and ceiling leak late on a Friday and we called HSS and within 5 minutes of calling Krystal called us back to start collecting info and guide us on next steps. Krystal was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I felt completely taken care of. She even helped calm my nerves. The next morning Anthony and Luis were at our house to start the mitigation work. I had an unexpected roof leak on a Saturday. Called Harpers randomly (because they were open on a Saturday!) and they sent someone over right away who was able to tarp the roof and release the water in the ceiling. I also paid them to do the re-roofing work and the inside repair. It wasn’t cheap and I probably could have shopped around for a less expensive quote, but their quick response and professionalism made it worth the money and gave me confidence in their work.
