After a recommendation from the USAA contractors website and looking through reviews, I contacted Harper Services for my mother’s bathroom renovation. Harper Services owner Jason Harper walked me through the process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I live in Virginia and Jason went beyond to assist me with my mother’s renovation needs to include visiting my mother’s property to make sure we understood the process. He also emailed me periodically on the construction updates. The construction crew was attentive and courteous to my mother and brother. I deeply appreciate Hunter and Krystal for their professionalism during this process. Jason, “Thank you” for stepping in and assisting me and my family.

Words cant describe the level of professionalism, expertise, experience and responsibility both Matt and Brandon have...I had a emergency situation on Dec 24 and then Dec 30 yeah during Holidays but they didnt hesitate and came to the rescue no questions asked...they were instrumental to get my house fixed , they guided me through all the process with the insurance company. In the blink of an eye my house was totally fixed.

I strongly recommend them to anyone their knowledge and dedication set them apart from any other reconstruction or water damage service company top notch great quality of service .

Everyone here has been great from the beginning. I really balance if I didn’t have them on my side I would not have got things moving when I did. Chuck and Jamie stayed on my insurance company to tackle this for me. They worked well to get the services I needed and with my difficult schedule even found a way to meet with me to get the estimate done. Chuck answered all my questions and helped me figure out what needed to be done. I am confident they did everything they could allowed by my insurance company to complete the job. I highly recommend this company.

Brandon has been absolutely amazing. Helping me with every step on this project and already having suggestions along with pictures of materials if something happens to be out of stock. He has handled everything with the utmost kindness and professionalism and has gone above anything I could of asked for. I feel very thankful and fortunate to have found such an incredible team.
