Okay, Third time I've used Harper Special Services 9/14/20...
This time I had mold removal/remediation. Derrick & Jacob may look young, but they have all the professionalism, enthusiasm and patience with a panicked home owner than anyone could ever wish for! This is why I keep coming back!!!!

Second time was in October of 2019 when another pipe had a pinhole leak resulting in water damage to the wall and cabinetry in my home. Great team of people came out and got everything cleaned up and replaced with great care! Looks better than before. <3

The people in this company really do care about their customers! They held my hand through a stressful pipe burst September 2018 and walked me through every step of the way. I am so thankful that I got a recommendation to use them from a neighbor! Read more >

Being out of town was not easy, while the repairs were being done, Matt assured me that his company would provide quality work. It was the Friday before Easter, 2019. I remember it as if it were yesterday. We had a houseguest who was sitting on the back porch reading when we heard this terrible crash. She came running into the house and said that a tree had fallen. There was a weather report that a terrible storm was heading up the east coast, but we had no weather as of that moment. Once we got over the shock of what had just occurred, we were on the phone with the insurance company and that’s when the rain started. Not only had the tree hit the house, it punctured the roof and water started coming into the living room area. We called everyone we could think of to get a referral and every one of the companies we called were on their way out of town for the holiday. He came to my home and was thorough in checking it for mold and took his time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. He was great!!
