We recently had a bathtub overflow upstairs which flooded our home. Harper Special Services came out immediately and got to work. They removed the water from our home and replaced all the damaged flooring, ceilings and walls. After a recommendation from the USAA contractors website and looking through reviews, I contacted Harper Services for my mother’s bathroom renovation. Harper Services owner Jason Harper walked me through the process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I live in Virginia and Jason went beyond to assist me with my mother’s renovation needs to include visiting my mother’s property to make sure we understood the process. He also emailed me periodically on the construction updates. The construction crew was attentive and courteous to my mother and brother.
