After our house flood, HSS made a stressful situation so much easier. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed repairs faster than we expected.
They also handled working with our insurance company seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Communication was clear the entire time, and we always knew what to expect.

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. The process was quite stressful, but we couldn’t have imagined how much more so it would have been without Harper Special Services. Our project manager, Kaely, was fantastic. She was both professional and personable, which made the entire process so smooth. She was always attentive, available, and treated our home with the utmost care.
