It took me a very long time & I mean a VERY long time to come to the decision to sell my parent’s huge reno project home. I originally inquired about selling it several years ago to Harmony Holdings while trying to get my parents to downsize & sell. Unfortunately, that never came to be & my father passed away in Spring 2022. Marisa was the one to follow up on the original inquiry we made back in 2020 to see if my parents were still considering selling, I explained we were not sure since we just lost my dad & she was very understanding allowing us space to process it all. She checked in again eventually & asked how we were feeling about things, I would say not sure yet or if I said I need a couple months she’d respectfully give me space & time. It took me a year to the day of his passing to even begin emotionally preparing to empty out their lifetime of stuff....

I enjoyed working with Marissa. She was very upfront and direct in what her company could do for me. She was true to her word on all accounts. I did not get the feeling of being strung along or told things that were not accurate. Her demeanor was very professional while still being very personable and enjoyable to work with. I would gladly work with her again if the circumstance arose and would certainly recommend her to others.
