The issues began when the city refused to turn on the water for three days due to unresolved problems with the water heater. In response, Harmony Holdings Group agreed to reimburse us for plumbing repairs needed to fix a water heater leak, which allowed the water to be restored. However, this reimbursement, issued after closing and our move-in, was sent via check.
Months later, the situation worsened when we experienced a complete power loss. Despite resetting all GFI outlets, no power returned. Duke Energy visited and advised us to contact the electrician who had worked on the home.
