I've been a customer for ten years at Ford.
My last bill has a Data Retention charge of $1.00
Office supplies $5.00 to me that's a little ridiculous.
especially a dollar Data Retention fee.
For that reason alone you have lost a loyal Ford customer.

My husband and I have been car searching for a few weeks and have gone to a few dealerships. So disappointed with the first two we went to and we decided to try one more as they had the car I really wanted. We drove to Hammonasset Ford in Madison and I am so happy we did. We found the car I wanted in the lot . The first thing I loved about the place is no one came out and or pressured us. We had all the time we needed. We went in and CherylAnn greated us we explained what we wanted explained what plan we had. She said come over let's sit and talk. She explained everything to us, answered our questions. Everything went so well we couldn't have been happier. We left the dealership new car owners with the car I have been wanting. Great place for service. They give you a personal touch. It’s not just take a number and sit down. You actually have people telling you how your service is going.

While I was waiting for my parents car to be worked on, I heard them talking about new fees to add onto work being done for any customer in order to get more money. I have never gone back since.

Edit: While it is true that I have reviewed places all across the nation, it is because coming from an affluent place such as Madison has allowed me the luxury of travel. I think the response to this post shows the character of this establishment. Also, the car would not be under my name when I did say that it was my parents.

Service is always done correct and for the price quoted. Never any surprises when you pick up the car plus they never give an annoying list of things that need to be done to the car. They review what could be a potential future problem but never pressure me to fix at that moment. At one point I had 4 cars when my kids were home. They were not all Fords. I ended up using Hammonasset Ford to service all my cars.
