I had a loaner car for two days due to snow. Alberto went above and beyond, helping me to switch out my toddlers car seat twice. That was a huge help!!!

I initially had an issue with how the car I was interested was advertised; however, after speaking with the General Manager, Dana, we were able to amicably resolve everything. Overall, I was happy with my experience.

I had been looking to replace my 2005 sedan with a new (or newer) car for about a year. I did my research on-line and last month finally narrowed my picks to five different SUV's. After testing the cars and talking to sales consultants in four different dealerships, I had just about decided to keep my car for another year. Then, I went to Hammonasset Ford! There I met James Filley who not only listened to my list of 'must haves' and 'would-likes' but also asked clarifying questions before showing me the car I would soon own - a beautiful Ford Edge! James was so very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable about the Edge and confident in its performance. His calm demeanor, his straight answers, and his concern for meeting my car needs resulted in a stress-free purchase of my first Ford!

Great experience- Hammonasset Ford has been great to work with. I purchased my 2015 Ford Escape from them back in March, and could not be happier. Nando was knowledgeable and flexible- all of the paperwork and finance stuff was quick and easy. We will certainly be coming back to him for our next new car!!

I recently leased a 2015 Escape SE from Hammonasset Ford. I worked with James Filley and found that he was incredibly courteous, helpful, and informative. I appreciated that he and his sales manager made a point to work with me within my budget and get me in the car that I wanted. I have dealt with several dealerships in the past and have taken my business elsewhere solely based on how the sales team approached and treated me; one experience in which the sales person flat out told me I could not possible afford what I wanted and would simply need to give them more of my money.... I was very comfortable working with James and felt like he treated me (and all of his customers) with respect. I had been searching the internet for weeks looking for a slightly used Ford Flex with a particular set of options. Hammonasset Ford had exactly the car I was looking for. I spoke with Gary Cooper who confirmed all of the particulars and then he handed me off to Steve Mantilia. We agreed upon a price right over the phone since he appreciated that I was going to have to travel 3 hours. I can state categorically that Steve beat every price on the internet for a Flex with this particular set of options. Upon my arrival, CherylAnn handled all of the details smoothly and efficiently. Hammonasset Ford was recommended by one of my wife's co-workers, and after leasing my Fiesta ST from them, I can understand why. Mike Kievits jumped through a number of hoops to get the car I was looking for, and was always very responsive when I had questions. When the estimated payments came back higher than expected, they tracked down answers for me (car tax included in lease payments), and they made a very reasonable trade-in offer on my beloved Miata that made everything simpler.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
They were interested in finding the best vehicle for me, not just the most expensive one I could afford.
There was an incident, but they immediately admitted their mistake and took care of it.
