I know car buying can be stressful. Trust me, I've purchased from Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, and Subaru. Each time I left the dealership with my new car, I could not help to feel that I had been taken advantage of and ripped off somehow. Whether it be the trade-in value of my old car, or the payments on the new car - I always felt that they had won. That was before Hammonasset Ford.

I first contacted the dealership via email to see if they had the car that I wanted. I was contacted right away, and was asked to come in and test drive the car. Also, the sales manager, Steve, reached out to me directly with any questions I had about the car I was interested in.

When I reached the dealership and got out of my car, within 30 seconds CherlAnn greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her I wanted to test drive the car, and so we did. All of my questions...

I had a good experience at Hammonasset Ford. The staff was friendly and responded to the description of what I wanted without trying to hard sell me and steer me to what they wanted to sell. The manager Steve Mantilla was attentive. The sales person Cheryl was great. The business manager Ali was very helpful and worked to get me the deal I wanted on finance. All in all, this was a great car buying experience. Much better than I have had elsewhere.

James Filley was an excellent sales rep. Very courteous and attentive to all my needs as a consumer. I would recommend any first time, as well as any other car buyers to go see him. He really changes the way you view a car salesman.

Was having trouble with my service engine soon light. Contacted Alberto Bonnet a service writer there. Assured me that they could fix my truck. Truck was repaired the next day. Awesome facility
