W came into this knowing what a wanted but Cheryl Ann was great. Never felt pushed into anything. Dealership should have sales people do final paperwork/financing with customers like I've seen at others places. Had to wait a long time to get in to see the finance guy while my sales person had nothing to do. Hence, 4 instead of 5 stars.

In this dealership i found the Ford Transit which i was looking for while.

My experience with Cheryl was outstanding. She was honest, thorough and professional. She was customer-centered and I never felt pressured, rather I felt listened to. The only reason I didn't purchase a Ford was my comfort level with a truck I was unfamiliar with. For slightly more money I am able to get a vehicle I am comfortable in. Again Cheryl was great!

When one was available he notified us immediately. As usual, James was courteous and professional for the entire transaction. We have been buying all our Ford vehicles from Hammonasset Ford since 1997.
They are excellent & do everything they can to make buying your vehicle from them pleasant and easy.
For the past few years we have had Nando Varriale as our salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of our questions. Those are a couple of the reasons that we went back to him this year to purchase our new Ford Edge. He always keeps us informed throughout the process of having our vehicles special ordered. He even calls us with updates. Once the car comes in he goes over the whole vehicle with you and explains everything to you.
Their manager, Steve Mantilla, is awesome. He will do what he can to get you the best deal around.
We have nothing but praise for Hammonasset Ford. We highly recommend them.
