I bought my first F150 from James and Hammonasset Ford and i couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more comfortable atmosphere. James took all my wants and have to haves and matched me with a great truck, and unlike other dealerships ive been to i wasn't pressured to get something i didn't want or something that was less than what i asked for. I would highly recommend James and Hammonasset Ford to anyone who is looking for a great buying/leasing experience with no hassle and great results.

My husband and I have purchased five Fords in five years from Hammonasset Ford. All purchased from salesperson Mike Timmons whose highly competent, personable, considerate professionalism made us come back so many times.
He is a most valuable person for Hammonasset Ford, and coupled with the great help of Steve Mantilia, made us such return customers. I just purchased a new 2017 Escape, because I got a new job in Western Mass. where there's alot of snow and ice in winter, and I needed a more rugged vehicle. I loved my husband's Escape for its comfort and safety ratings, and so I decided to get one, too. At some point, my husband will need a new car (his is a 2013) and we will definitely go to see Mike and Steve.

I recently bought an F-150 from Hammonasset Ford. I worked with James Filley as my main point of contact, and he went above and beyond for us. He personally picked up the car, and made sure that it was in perfect condition before we took delivery. He answered all my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable about the lineup, and all the different options. I would gladly work with James again in the future!! Thanks again James!!

We just purchased our 2014 F-150 from Nando Varriale at Hammonasset Ford and couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we received from Nando. He is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, relaxed and not pushy in the least. He is more of a consultant than a salesman. He makes you feel like you are old time friends and not just a customer. After my wife passed away, I was suddenly confronted with the problem of what to do with two cars, one a late model sports car on a lease. When I queried the dealer of the sports car I was informed that I would be responsible with paying off the remaining 19 months of the lease. What to do? I'm not the one for reviewing places of business on public forums, but recently I have made another purchase from Hammonassett Ford and I could not be happier. I continuously have had Nando Varialle as my salesman and he has gone above and beyond to get me into the new trucks that I have. It was effortless on my behalf to buy these trucks as he knows exactly what to do. Any question I had, he had an answer for, but if he didn't he knew where to find it. I am completely satisfied with the level of professionalism that this business offers and I will continue to only purchase from Hammonassett Ford, more specifically Nando as I know I will receive outstanding service.
