Great experience buying my 2016 f150 from Cher, after that it all went down hill , brought truck in for no heat in the middle of winter and the service manager Sal salafia refused to do warranty work on it , it only has 15000 miles on it , tried and could not get answers so now it's in the hands of ford customer service and the better business beauro , no one from the dealership reached out to help I have bought many vehicles there along with family and friends I have sent there, feeling very let down I guess after you pay 50k your on your own

First experience at a dealership looking to lease a F150. Had such a pleasant experience. Jeff was my salesman and never came off pushy or aggressive. Found the exact truck I was looking for and was able to get the best deal possible! We had a wonderful experience at Hammonasset Ford. The staff all were so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. We worked with Mike, who was great - no pressure, and he seemed very happy to teach us all about the car we were considering buying. He had very good follow-through, and simply was a joy to work with. Nate in the Finance Department was also very good and helpful. He had a lovely personality, and chatted casually with us, while we signed forms. Bottom line - love the new car, and would surely recommend Hammknasset Ford to my friends and family.

It's been about a month since I've traded in and bought my brand new Ford fiesta, and I am in love! The whole experience of buying my first car at Hammonasset Ford was awesome. I wasn't quite sure what exactly I wanted to get into but Cherylann called it from the beginning which car would be perfect for me ...and she was right! She was very helpful and made the car buying process easy and non stressful. She took the time with me after to help set things up in my car. My experience at Hammonasset was and always is great. Everyone is friendly. Great service. In the past 20 years this is our 7th vehicle from the same dealer. My wife and I on our last 3 vehicle with sale person Mike Timmons has been great. But on my last purchase 12/23/2017 Mike was out their with a lot of dedication showing us my new ride under the rain and freezing cold. Twice I asked him for us to go inside not to get wet my wife and I under the umbrella. And with so much calm, dedication he continue walking us around my new ride every detail and happy. I have to say! Mike, your the best and thank you for your great service.
