Hammonasset Ford, inc.

Found a used car listed on Hammonasset Ford's website. I called and spoke with a dealership representative, who actually made an appointment, so we could take a look and test drive the vehicle we were interested in. Arrived with wife and kids to see the vehicle we wanted for the kids, to be informed that the vehicle we were there to look at, with the PRE-SET APPOINTMENT, was already under deposit, before we made the appointment. We were told that there is a vendor who schedules these appointments and they are not always accurate with vehicle availability . Not very happy about wasting our time. 2 stars for a polite staff and clean building, but not a good first experience at this dealership.

Great dealership with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

This dealership is awesome and the team is a class act. I drove 90 miles past a lot of Ford dealerships to get to Hammonasset Ford. It was worth every single mile. Mike Timmons is a gentleman and delivers as promised. No stress, no pressure, and everything was "as promised". Having a past in the automotive dealership industry, I have extremely high expectations. They were ALL met. Thanks, guys! Oh, and love my truck.
