Like others who have posted, I have NEVER had an experience buying a car that I felt was worthy of 5 stars but this team deserves it. CherylAnn was excellent to work with. With over 20 years of experience she had my confidence in her knowledge about the car and it’s features. My wife was unable to join me when I picked up the car and she encouraged me to video the process to pair my phone so that I could do the same with my wife’s phone. Great follow-up and knowledgeable about the features. There was no pressure to buy and no hassles or trying to sell the extras. Her collaboration with Steve, the manager, was excellent and I felt that they had me covered with the financing process, the insurance and the Registration. Just signed the papers and I feel it was the simplest car buying experience ever!

Buying a vehicle from Hammonasset Ford was a great experience. As a new resident in Connecticut I feel they went out of their way to make sure everything was a smooth process for me. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was a friendly and welcoming.
After buying my vehicle I was introduced to the staff in the service department so that I would feel welcomed when I needed to bring my vehicle for regular maintenance, or any other maintenance should that arise.
