Hammonasset Ford is a great dealership with an awesome Service Dept. Always courteous and keeps in touch throughout the day as to the services requested and an estimate on when the car will be ready. No complaints whatsoever and we have been customers for over 10 years. Bought many cars there.

Great place to get a car !!
So I was riding my bicycle on Rt.1 on a 40 mile ride. I saw a nice car on the yard and was like I need to check this out. I went inside and was immediately greeted by Cheryl in the most friendly manner !! She was so accommodating and answered all my questions! I was so pleased with her service and answers, when she asked if I would like to test drive I immediately said yes.!! Our meeting was ment to be!! I never have my license or bank card with me but today I did !!
The rest is in the books, the car was perfect , Cheryl's service was genuine and caring so I put a deposit down !!
The following day I went and picked the car up as scheduled. Between Cheryl and Steve who works in finance and accounting the pain of usually paperwork was made painless and seemless!! Steve was very polite and friendly which matched Cheryl's, great...
