Good easy pick up and drop off

I ended up at Hammonasset Ford to check out a particular vehicle I saw online that I wanted to view. CherylAnn Wambolt helped show me around the vehicle and was very helpful answering the questions I had and walking me through some of the options I was considering. Overall, my visit was straightforward, helpful, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle right now. Thank you to CherylAnn and the team!

Unbelievable I guess I’m not having a good month with auto repair shops, but worst experience never go back ever again.

On multiple visits including last I always felt that Sydney was trying to take advantage of me and never listen to my concerns. Went in for rattling noise on one car lost multiple days and still not fixed. Most recent different car had 3 simple recalls was told no problem by one service member to turn to be big ordeal lost a couple more days not everything completed like promised. Couldn’t even fix a flat tire
to where after multiple days go by and I told them, they never fixed it that It still leaks to come up with some bullshit story again. They snooped around looking for work and came up with some ridiculous estimate. Never never again will I ever go back or recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Ford Transit connect from Bob Thomas Ford in Hamden and after just 3 short years my transmission went. I figured 4 or 5 thousand to fix but it was closer to 10 thousand for a new one. I had a relative working there 40 plus years and I was told at the time of purchase I was family until something went wrong of course. They did absolutely nothing for me and left me out to dry.

I went to Hammonasset Ford where they were not obligated to do anything and was treated like family. Sal the service manager was honest about what he could and couldn't do for me which was refreshing since I was treated terribly by Bob Thomas.

I will always appreciate the help Sal gave me and taking the vehicle of my hands with a great offer.

Please reward them by purchasing from them knowing that when things go wrong they will not run away.

Salesperson was knowledgeable with the vehicle we were interested in and was expedient in returning calls and following up with answers. My only issue is with the Hammonasset Protection Plan for $2,699.00. This is an extended warranty which is not something i would benefit from because we sell our cars well beforehand. Unfortunately this is a non negotiable fee.

Cheryl Ann is the best. She always pays special attention to detail.
